Reactivate Ads Connection

POST
/api/integrations/ads/connections/:provider_account_id/reactivate

Restore a removed ad platform login while its deletion is still pending.

Works within about an hour of the removal: the login and the ad accounts its removal disconnected come back. Once the ad platform has deleted it, the answer is 410 and the login has to be connected again.
